Work Experience

Airlock: August 2008 - Present Web Developer
Having established a position as an influential front-end developer within the technical department, and forging close links with the creative department, I have successful and reliably delivered a number of challenging projects within a fast paced agency environment. Many projects were implemented in Symphony CMS, requiring an ability to create modular visual designs, of a pixel perfect standard. Some examples:
Symbios Group: April 2006 - June 2008 Web Developer/Designer
Firstly employed as a web developer, building community/user based sites using php, xhtml, sql and javascript. I promptly took over the company designer position, undertaking all design for the company. This ncluded web design and the associated front end development, print work, web banners and advertisements as well as logo and branding work. All design work undertaken in Adobe CS3 suite, with high level experience in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Personal

One of my main focuses out of work is VJ-ing at clubs and venues, which entails mixing and projecting visual images to live music. This involves using all of my computer art skills to make stills, videos, animations and 3D objects. These can then be projected.

I enjoy keeping up my fitness with ice skating, swimming and tai chi, as well as spending time with friends socialising, watching films, visiting art galleries and attending music gigs.
